- One NZ, a top telecommunications provider, leverages AWS’s generative AI capabilities, including Amazon Bedrock, to enhance customer experiences. Within just three months of implementation, One NZ achieved a 10% improvement in customer satisfaction metrics.

Resilience and Sustainability at the Core
